SuperSkin is a brand operated by Superfit Genetics in Laredo, Texas. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Superfit Genetics. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit our website, purchase SuperSkin through our Square checkout, or contact us.

- Order and contact information: When you place an order, Square collects the information requested at checkout, which may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and payment information. We receive the order and customer information needed to fulfill your purchase, provide support, and manage refunds.
- Messages: If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include, such as your name, order number, and questions.
- Technical information: Our hosting and checkout providers may process information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and access times to deliver, maintain, and secure their services.
Our sales website does not have a customer account registration form or collect payment card details directly. Payment details are entered on Square’s checkout. Please do not email us your full card number, security code, or sensitive medical information.

- To answer questions and manage returns, replacements, refunds, and disputes.

- Shipping providers: Carriers that receive the name, delivery address, and other information needed to deliver and track a package.
- Website hosting providers: Our website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, with hosting infrastructure used to serve and secure the site.
- Email providers: Services used to receive customer messages and send communications.
We may also disclose relevant information when required by law, in response to lawful requests, or as reasonably necessary to resolve disputes, protect rights, and prevent fraud. If the business is transferred, relevant customer records may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

The current SuperSkin sales page does not include advertising pixels or a separately installed visitor analytics service. Our hosting providers and Square checkout may use cookies or similar technologies for their services, including functionality and security. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect checkout or other provider features. Visiting an external link takes you to a service governed by that service’s privacy policy.
Retention
